The series follows the story of Kamal Shahri, a government employee nearing retirement from a ministerial position. He finds himself entangled in problems caused by his son’s behavior and a deputy named Nikbakht. Although he’s at the end of his professional career, his life takes an unexpected turn. Kamal falls in love with his father’s nurse, Afagh Dastan, but his son’s intense jealousy becomes a major obstacle in their relationship.
The series explores themes such as social and family challenges, authority, identity, and the tension between traditional and modern professions in Iranian society.
