A film director born in 2000 into an artistic family—his father, Samir Qusaibati, is a renowned composer, music arranger, and one of the founders of Spacetoon TV. Growing up in this creative environment deeply influenced his passion for directing and sound.
Saher studied in the first academic cohort for film directing in Syria, graduating from the European University, Faculty of Drama and Film Directing. He later continued his education at the Film School in Egypt, specializing in directing and cinematography, accredited by the Egyptian Syndicate of Cinematic Professions.
In 2020, he directed his first music video for Spacetoon TV. His journey in sound directing began even earlier—at just 17, he supervised the animated series Noor and the Gateway to History (2017), the first Egyptian 3D animated series, which won the award for Best Egyptian Animated Series that year.
In 2023, Saher worked as assistant director alongside his brother, Zaher Qusaibati, on the award-winning film Halawa Murra (Bitter Sweet).
In 2024, he wrote and directed his debut short film, Faragh (Emptiness). He has also directed several podcast shows, most notably “Golden Generation Memories Podcast”, which surpassed 30 million views.
Saher continues to work on a wide range of projects in film directing and media production, focusing on storytelling that resonates with modern audiences while honoring cultural depth.
