The series revolves around Milad and his mother, who have recently moved to Tehran. They were supposed to live in a building owned by Milad’s friend. However, the tenants and residents of that building fear that the owner might evict one of them to rent the apartment to Milad and his mother, so they try to prevent this from happening through humorous situations.
