The story of the series revolves around Fariborz Baghbisheh (known as “Fari Zir Khaki”), an ambitious and idealistic man with an unconventional personality who lives in southern Tehran with his wife Parichehr and their son Kaveh. Fariborz is determined to uncover the secrets of his past and find a “Zir Khaki” — meaning a buried treasure — which leads him into thrilling chases and unexpected situations. Along the way, he unintentionally gets involved in activities like distributing anti-monarchy leaflets and helping his brother with a missile-building project — all while being completely absorbed in his treasure hunt, unaware of the serious events unfolding around him.
